Our macerator motor seized after a few months, probably by something that shouldn't have been flushed through the toilet. On contacting Waterpump.co.uk, we were told what to do to solve the problem. Things were easily fixed from the outside, and the GENIX works again. All in all, very pleased.
I have used this macerator for several weeks, and would recommend it to anybody.
