When you place your order before 5:00 PM, it will be handed over to the delivery service on the same day.

When will I receive my order?

If you place your order before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day (excluding orders on Saturday and Sunday). You will receive a track and trace code as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. If there is a delay with the carrier, unfortunately, we have no control over it. You can contact us after 5 working days so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

My package has not been delivered within the delivery period. What now?

Have you checked the email with the Track & Trace information from the carrier to see what's going on? If the shipment is delayed by more than 5 working days due to the carrier, we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

I have ordered multiple items, but have not received everything. What should I do now?

It can sometimes happen that the entire order does not fit into one package. In these cases, you will receive your order in multiple packages. Once the packages have been handed over to the carrier, you will receive the track & trace codes for all packages. Therefore, we recommend checking the Track & Trace codes of all packages.

Can I choose a delivery date myself?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery date with us.

Is delivery free?

For orders under £125, the delivery charge for the UK is £9.95.

Please note: We do not ship to Ireland and the UK Islands, like Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Can I also pick up my order?

It is not possible to choose pickup for an order with us.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a track & trace code via email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

Who delivers my order?

We work with different carriers but mainly DPD. You can see who the carrier for your order is through the Track & Trace.

My product is delivered damaged or defective. What now?

Have you received a damaged product? We will do everything to resolve this as quickly as possible. We may send you a replacement part or a replacement product. This process will be faster if we have received photos of the product in advance. You can email the photos to [email protected], please include the order number and your name.
