We do everything possible to make the ordering process as simple as possible for you. Below are all the frequently asked questions about ordering.

How do I place an order?

If you have found the desired product, follow the steps below:

  • Use the "Add to Cart" button to add a product. If you want to order multiple copies, adjust the quantity.

  • Click on "View shopping cart."

  • Use the "Proceed to Checkout" button to go to the page to enter your details.

  • Fill in your details and delivery address, choose the preferred shipping method, and select the desired payment method.

  • §Then click on "Place order now."

When will my order be delivered?

Most products are in stock. When you place your order before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day (except for orders on Saturday and Sunday). If a product has a longer delivery time, this is mentioned with the product. If there is a delay with the carrier, unfortunately, we have no control over it. You can contact us after 3 working days so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation or modification is only possible if your package has not been processed at our warehouse. If this is the case, you can refuse the order at the door. We also ask you to inform us of the refusal so that we can process the return correctly once it has reached us.

Can I change my address after ordering?

It is only possible to change an address if the order was placed within the last 30 minutes. Due to the short time limit, it is best to call us at 033 0808 0159. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address.

How can I see the status of my order?

To track the order, you can create an account, and then you can see the status of the order. If you don't have an account, you will always receive an order confirmation email when the order is received correctly. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and the invoice.

I haven't received an email?

If you haven't received an email, it may be in your spam inbox. If you can't find the email there either, we recommend contacting us. Often, outside the spam inbox, this is related to a typo in the email address.

I haven't received my invoice. How can I receive it again?

Your invoice is always sent with the shipping confirmation. It may have ended up in your spam inbox. If you still want to receive the invoice again, please contact us.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order with us over the phone. If you are unable to order through the website, please send us an email with your address details and the product you want to order. You will then receive a quote from us with a payment link.

Can I add anything to my order?

After payment of the original order, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to add anything. You can place a new order through our website.

I am unable to place an order, what should I do?

Always check if you have filled in all the details when placing an order. If you are unable to place an order, you can contact us.

When will I receive an order confirmation?

If you have placed the order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox immediately. It may have ended up in your spam inbox.

How do I check if my product is in stock?

We indicate on our product pages whether a product is in stock (in the green text below the "Add to Cart" button). Sometimes there is a delivery time of approximately 3 weeks, indicating that the product is ordered directly from the supplier. The average delivery time is about 3 weeks. If it is different, you will be notified by email. If a product is not in stock, you cannot order it, but you can sign up to receive a notification when it is back in stock.
