Warranty request

If you are still in the guarantee period you have a right to a replacing model if your machine breaks. To verify such a claim, the product will be sent to the manufacturer where it will be checked by specialists.

Please note: This process can take up to two weeks. If no malfunctions are found during this check, service costs will be charged to you.
