The swimming pool in our garden is quite close to our house, so we had to get a swimming pool pump that produces little to no noise. Given the size of the pool we opted for the 150, which has enough capacity for our situation. Personally I can't hear the pump running, but my wife says she hears it slightly (so no issue overall)
