Grundfos SCALA2

The pump gave me satisfaction for almost 4 years, but I've had a leak from the bottom for a few weeks. Apparently the problem is known and quite well documented This review was originally posted in French and has been translated using AI.

During our renovation, we had this pump installed by a certified plumber, who had also recommended it. Just before the date the pump turned 5 years old, it started leaking. I then asked both our plumber and the Grundfos company if there was still a warranty, but of course there wasn't. Upon asking to repair the pump then, the answer was negative. They don't do that. Unbelievable in this day and age, where more focus is put on repairing instead of throwing away and buying new, in my opinion it is unacceptable that the Grundfos company handles it this way. I have informed our plumber about this and recommended not to work with this brand anymore. Very dissatisfied with the service from Grundfos. Super Pump, it works brilliantly for supplying a house with water I highly recommend This review was originally posted in French and has been translated using AI.
